School Advisory Committee Ballot SY 25-26
This is required to be sent out by widest dissemination for SAC guidelines. The following message was sent to parents with the ballot:Â
Dear Heroes Elementary Families and Staff,
We are pleased to announce that the School Advisory Committee (SAC) Election will take place on Thursday, September 26, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Please see the attached final election ballot for details on the candidates and voting procedures.
- Voting Details:
- Ballot Box in the Office: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Voting Table in the Atrium: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PMÂ
(Voting concludes 30 minutes prior to the end of Math Night)
- Location: Heroes Elementary School, 100 Barnett Way
- Who Can Vote: All eligible stakeholders. Please bring a valid ID
We encourage you to participate and make your voice heard in selecting the parent and professional staff representatives who will serve on the SAC this school year.
Note: Military members on deployed or official duty status may vote by absentee ballot via email to Ms. Fountain, provided it is received before the close of the election.
